"La Livada" is located very close to DN1, 27 km away from Bucharest, and 28 km from Ploiesti, in the middle of a mature meadow placed between the lake and Snagov forest.

Very close you can find: Snagov Palace (6 km) "El Capitan" and "Vanatorul" restaurants (5.5 km), and also "Tiganesti" monastery (4.5 km). The pier situated at short distance facilitates the access to the lake.

Also, in the neighbourhood, is located the Olympic Romanian Committee (COR) - the biggest Olympic sports ground in Romania, equipped with covered swimming pool, tennis courts, rugby, football, handball, gymnastics halls, etc.
