Next to the forest, a house full of light, surrounded by fruit trees

The design of the houses is versatile, allowing anyone to customize the space on his or her own wishes.

Therefore:

the opened kitchen can be easily transformed in to a traditional, closed kitchen;
The main bedroom can be equipped with a closed dressing room;
The 2 bedrooms can be transformed into one bedroom with dressing and office area.

All the rooms have optimum orientation in order to ensure both natural illumination, through the wide windows, and thermal protection.

Therefore:

The kitchen and the living room have double orientation, assuring sunlight since early in the morning till late afternoon.
The 3 bedroom are facing East, receiving light from the first rays of the sun.
For a better protection of the house on the north (the coldest area) we placed here only the secondary spaces (toilets, stair case and dressing) and also we reduced the size and number of the windows.
